Ingredients:
1 can pumpkin
2 cups sugar
1 cup canola
chia seed egg substitute: Use 4 tablespoon chia and 12 tablespoons water. Mix it together and put in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Put in recipe when it call for eggs.
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat pumpkin, sugar, and oil until blended. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; gradually add to pumpkin mixture, beating until well blended.
2. Pour into a greased 15x10x1" baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
