Sometimes meal prepping is just too much work... but what about snack prepping?! These no-bake energy bites are quick and easy, and will last you all week! If you can resist eating them, that is!
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup nut butter
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp coconut
1 Tbsp Heartland Chia
1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix everything together, roll into balls, chill until firm.
