Chia water is great, but this blueberry chia fresca is on a whole new level!
1/4 cup blueberries
12 oz water
1 Tbsp Heartland Chia seeds
1/2 lime, squeezed
1 tsp sweetener
Stir chia into water, let sit for 10-20 minutes. Add lime juice and berries. Sweeten to taste, serve over ice
