How yummy does this banana bread look?! Throw in some chia seeds, and you've got a delicious AND nutritious breakfast!
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 large bananas
1/2 cup almond milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease muffin pans to set aside. In large bowl, mix butter, egg, banana and sugar. In medium bowl add flour, salt, baking powder, and mix until complete. Slowly add flour mixture and milk to wet ingredients, alternating until incorporated. Fold in chia seeds. Bake for 15 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
